We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Money Orders, and Bank Wire Transfers.

Do You Charge a Credit Card Transaction Fee for each order like other Wholesalers?

No, this practice is illegal. We believe in treating our customers how we like to be treated. WE HATE CREDIT CARD FEE'S.

 

Do you charge a "Drop Ship FEE"?

No!

 

How do I setup a wholesale account with Turbo Wholesale?

Setting up a wholesale account is EASY.

 

I need a part not listed on your website, how can I get that added so I can order?

Contact us and we will get the part(s) added to our wholesale catalog right away! We have 1000's of parts in our warehouse that are NOT yet listed online.

 

Do you price match?

Yes, we do. Price matching is done on a case-to-case basis. Contact us for price matches.

 

I have been ordering for a while - How do I get better prices?

All wholesale accounts are reviewed every 10K in sales. You can also do large PO's (8+K) and qualify for QTY discounts.

 

How do I track an order?

Login to your account and view order history.

 

How do you handle warranties for products I sold my customer?

All products are backed up by manufacturers warranty. Please contact us via email regarding warranty inquires.

 

How can I print previous order invoices?

All orders are stored in your account and you can print invoices at anytime.

 

Where can I get pictures and descriptions for my website?

We reccomend using the manufactures website for detailed pictures and descriptions.

 

Did you or your customer receive a damaged or defective item?

If the item has a damaged or defective part, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer to see if they can have this part shipped directly to you. You can usually find contact information listed in the product manual that came with the item. Otherwise, contact us via email. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you. 

 

Are you missing an item from your order?

In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different warehouses, we may have split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.

 

How do I place a phone order?

The only way to place an order at TurboWholesale.com is via our Web site. (Sorry- no phone orders. However, if you prefer, you may phone in your credit card number or use Live Help)

 

What if I want to get my items faster? 

You can select a different shipping speed by clicking the radio button next to that option on the order form. Note that changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not improve the estimated shipping date, but your estimated delivery date will improve.

 

If I request two-Day Shipping, will I get my order in 48 hours?

Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting Two-Day or Three-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in two or three days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for Two-Day or Three-Day Shipping.

 

Do you have a RSS feed or CSV file I can use to upload parts to my web store?

We currently do not. In the future this feature will be integrated into your dealer account tools.

 

How do I know what parts are in stock?

We keep top moving items in stock in large quantitys. If you need to check stock please email or use Live Help

 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping is calculated during checkout once you enter the delivery zip code. Shipping is calculated in "Real-Time" to avoid shipping charge markups.

 

How does drop shipping work? 

We ship the product from our warehouse under your company name. We DO NOT include any type of invoices / packing slips / advertisements. Customers will think the product came from your location. We do not charge a fee for this service, it is included with your wholesale dealer account.

 

I put in the order but it told me it is over 150lbs now and cannot accept shipping. Is there any way aruond this?

Split the order in 2, it will not cost anymore for shipping but it will accept the order. UPS has a 150LB limit, so when it gets that high the software does not accept the order.
